I know Prof. Soyinka Is Angry With Us – Osuntoku
The Director General of the Obi/Datti Campaign, Akin Osuntokun has reacted to Professor Wole Soyinka’s claims that the Labour Party didn’t win the 2023 election.
He alleged that the Nobel Laureate is angry with the Labour Party and that he would convince him that they won the election.
He stated further that the argument that Labour Party didn’t win the election is inconsistent with the opinion polls that said Obi would win the election.
According to him, INEC backtracking from its promise to transmit results electronically jeopardized the chances of the party.
He said in an interview with Arise TV news, ”We are in a scientific age, about six or seven public opinion polls predicated on science came to the conclusion that this is the man who is going to win the election. The one by CNN that gave him 40% to 25%.
So look when you look at all this evidence, you stack it against people who are saying he didn’t win the election.
Prof must have his own reason for coming to that conclusion. I know he is angry with us.
I will still go and see him to convince him that we won the election.
What we know of INEC is that it’s not an agency of truth, INEC went on several occasions to say that how can they expect them not to use BVAS.
On the day of election, we were confronted with glitches. As we speak, do you know that not all election result is posted?”
