The Man, Elder (Hon) Amuda Tairu Abiola (JP)
In the journey of life, there are different groups of people traveling through the same road with various destinations. These groups of people include participants, on-lookers, movers, and shakers.
The followers are the set of people who don’t know the main aim of the race they are running. They listen to the noise on the road and they get distracted. They can be easily influenced by the decisions of others. Most of the time, these people don’t get to the peak of their careers.
Also, we have the on-lookers. This category of people is indifferent and runs with the vision of others instead of theirs. They don’t look inward enough, they like to celebrate others’ achievements.
On-lookers are also referred to as spectators, they may not reach their targets on time. This kind of people are known to be followers and they can never be leaders.
The third category of people are the movers and shakers. This set of people have a vision and they know what they want and go for it. They make things happen. When they move, people move with them. They are people of influence and power, and they take responsibility in any situation they find themselves. They are born to be leaders. This last category of movers is where Hon.
