Egbe Kalesanwa Formed To Become a Formidable Pressure Group- Niran Oladunni
The converner of the Egbe Kalesanwa, a Socio- Political Group, Moyosola Niran-Oladunni, has said the group was formed to be a socio-political group and a formidable pressure group.
In a chat with The Focus Magazine, in Akure, said, “Kalesanwa is a socio-political and strategic economic development group created with a vision to become a formidable pressure group with enormous political capital and whose support for any candidate, or for a political party will automatically translate into success at the polls.
The group wants to resuscitate the core values of the people of Ondo State, in the area of honesty, fairness, uprightness, selflessness, humility, sincerity of purpose and service to humanity.
We also want to promote the basic democratic principle of allowing the people to freely elect their leaders, without imposition, or whatsoever.
We have decided to have people of like minds that can move the society forward”.
On supporting the Aiyedatiwa led government, Oladunni said, amongst all the gubernatorial aspirants that has shown interest in becoming the governor of Ondo State in forthcoming governorship election, the group is strongly behind Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa to become the next governor of the state.
Our group made its stands known during one of our meetings held recently in Akure.
Aiyedatiwa stands out among all aspirants for the governorship seat and is therefore worthy of our group support. ”
On the strength of the group in the state, Oladunni said, Egbe Kalesanwa cut across all the eighteenth (18), local government, and all the 203 wards in the state.
