- Resolve Ikare Central Mosque Closure For Muslims To Celebrate Eid-el -Fitr – Kalesanwa Group Urges Aiyedatiwa
As the federal government has declared this week Tuesday and Wednesday for the celebration of this year’s Eid-el-Fitr, the Akoko North East Coordinator of Kalesanwa, Mallam Umoru has urged the governor of Ondo State, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, to resolve Ikare Central Mosque closure for the Muslims faithful to celebrate this year’s end of the Ramadan.
In a chat with The Focus Magazine, Mallam Umoru said, “I am appealing to the executive governor of Ondo State to please resolved Ikare Central Mosque closure for the Muslims faithful to celebrate this year’s end of the Ramadan.
I know that our governor is a man of peace who will not like the lingering crisis to continue “.
Umoru hailed the unity between both the Christians and Muslims community in the state as one .
He congratulated all Muslims for the successful completion of the fasting in the holy month of Ramadan.
He said the month of Ramadan go beyond fasting. It’s a period for spiritual reflection and coming closer to Allah.
Umoru calls on Muslim to love and practice the virtues that entails tolerance and neighbourliness.
