Olatoyegun Grassroot Network Supports Ayedatiwa, Elects Officers.
— Promised to work for Aiyedatiwa success
The Olatoyegun Grassroot Network Akoko South-West Local Government area of Ondo State, has elected some principal officers and Coordinators from the 15 wards in the council, who will coordinate the activities of the group towards the success of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa in the forthcoming governorship election in Ondo State.
The meeting which was held in Akungba Akoko, appreciated the giant strides of Governor Aiyedatiwa since he was sworn-in as the executive governor of the state after the demise of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
After the deliberations, the followings people were elected to manage the affairs of the group:
1. Chairman: Apostle Akingbade Suru (Ward 11 Supare)
2. Secretary, Ruben Akele, from ward 12 Akungba Akoko
3. Ogundipe Oluwaseun, PRO, ward 6 (Oka)
The following leaders were also elected as Ward Coordinators:
Mr. Seinde Atere (ward 3 Oka); Mr. Bobuwa Joseph
(Ward 7 Oka); Mr. Daramola Jacob (Ward 9 Ikun); Mr. Moses Emmanuel
(Ward 11 Supare); Chief Ogunsusi Olasunmade
(Ward 13 Akungba); and Mrs. Thomas Abigail
(Ward 12 Akungba) respectively.
Others in attendance include Olumide Olorunmo, Agbadagbe Sanmi, Elder Makanju Andrew, Omorinkoba Ayoola, Salami Yemi, Adejumo Kayode, Abiodun Babatunde, Sunday Odunayo, Sunday Vincent, I. Ogunlana and others.
The promoter of the group Barr. Victor Olatoyegun thanked everyone for their solidarity particularly, those who are not members of APC.
