*SDP Determines To Win Ondo Election, As 10 Campaign Buses Enters Ondo*
The Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Ondo State has determined to win the forthcoming Governorship election in the state come November 16, as ten (10) Sienna buses and one (1) Luxurious bus were brought into the state with a view to strengthening the party’s campaign strategy.
Unveiling the buses at the state party Secretariat today, officials from the national Secretariat, led by the Southwest leader and Lagos State chairman of the party, Hon Femi Olaniyi (aka Ferarry) and Hon Ogunlade Michael respectively.
Giving his speech after unavailing the buses, the SDP Governorship Candidate in Ondo State, who drove the luxurious bus to unveil the campaign buses, Otunba Bamidele Akingboye (OBA) said, “This is just the beginning of good things that will happen in Ondo State. With these buses and many more still to come, I know the sitting governor and the rest political parties in the state are already jittery and by His grace, the victory shall be ours,”.
Meanwhile, the state chairman of the party, Barrister Gbenga Akinbuli urged the party Chairmen and members of the party to go back to their respective Local Government Areas, including Wards and Units, to start wooing the electorates.
“It is when you work that the party can win this forthcoming election in Ondo State,” the state chairman said.
Aside national officers of the party, others who were present at the epoch making event includes the Deputy Governorship Candidate of the party, Erelu Gbemisola Sekoni, State Secretary of the party, Hon Jimmy Akinyan, the Director-General of the campaign, Engr Femi Ikoyi among others.
