Akingbade Toluwa-Jolomi Distributes Academic Materials to Akoko South West Students, Promotes Academic Excellence and Financial Literacy
In a recent visit to Akoko South West, Akingbade Toluwa-Jolomi, founder of the Dakiz Human Development and Empowerment Initiative (DHDEI), engaged with secondary school students to inspire them towards academic excellence and financial independence. One of the highlights of the visit was Toluwa-Jolomi’s distribution of educational materials, generously donated by Pastor Ola-Felix Egbowon, to support the students’ journey in financial literacy and overall academic development.
Among the schools visited was Oroko High School in Akungba-Akoko, where Toluwa-Jolomi conducted an interactive session with final-year Arts students. During his talks, he encouraged students to use their upcoming holiday period wisely by acquiring practical skills that could boost their financial independence and self-reliance.
Toluwa-Jolomi’s initiative aims to equip young minds not only for academic success but also to understand and navigate financial challenges. By fostering skill-building and financial literacy at this stage, DHDEI seeks to prepare students for brighter and more sustainable futures.
