Oyemekun Alumni Association Congratulates Hon Abegunde on Man of the Year Award
The Global Executive Council of Oyemekun Grammar School, Akure Alumni Association, under the leadership of Dr. Adeniyi Ijogun has congratulated the Executive Director, Corporate Services of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Hon Ifedayo Abegunde as he bagged the Ondo State Man of the Year Award.
Ijogun in his congratulatory message described Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde as a man who has contributed significantly in many folds towards the development of Ondo State and her people.
He said the honour is a product of Hon. Abegunde’s hard work, diligence, commitment and selfless service towards human and community development endeavours.
According to him, Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde, also known as Abena is an alumnus of Oyemekun Grammar School, Akure, a two-term member of the House of Representatives and Secretary to the Ondo State Government, has indeed earned himself an exemplary leadership reputation that is committed to excellence service delivery.
He said the entire members of the OGSA Alumni Association are proud to be associated with him on this great honour, and expressed their best wishes for more greater feats.
The honour was conferred on Hon Abegunde by the Independent Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria, Ondo State Chapter recently in Akure.
The organisation attributed the award to the impressive track record of Hon. Abena in governance and administration.
