Hon. Fesobi Akinmolayan Congratulates Gov Aiyedatiwa

The All Progressives Congress Chairman for Akure South Local Government, Hon. Chief (Dr) Fesobi Akinmolayan Johnson has felicitated with the Executive Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his swearing-in today 24th February, 2025.

In a press statement made available to The Focus Magazine said, ” l give thanks to Almighty God for making today a reality and further thank the people of Ondo State who massively voted for our great party in the just concluded governorship election.

Your Excellency, the attributes found in you is needed especially at this, to reach out to disaffected sections of our society and to meet the expectations of Ondo State.

I pray that Almighty God will help in fulfilling the progressive mandate of our pary, as well as your various plans to improve the security, welfare and happiness of all residents of our dear sunshine state.

Amotekun Confirms  Attack On 18 Seater Bus , Abduction of travellers in Ondo State   The Commander of Ondo State Security Network codenamed Amotekun, Adetunji Adeleye, has confirmed the abduction of travellers by gunmen.  The incident took place in the Irun  Akoko area of Ondo State, along Irun/Imesi Ekiti Road in Akoko North-West Local Government Area of the state.  A top security source disclosed that the gunmen attacked an 18 seater bus and abducted a yet-to-be-known number of travellers.  “They are yet to contact anybody for ransom or disclose the number of travellers in their den. I can tell you authoritatively that the police, soldiers and men of the Amotekun Corps from Ondo and Ekiti states, in collaboration with some local vigilantes are currently combing the forests to rescue the victims,” said Adeleye.  He added, “My men and soldiers from Ekiti are combing the forest but the hoodlums did not kidnap the whole 18 passengers in the bus. Some of the passengers escaped themselves, while our men, with soldiers, recovered some of the victims in the night. Our men have combed the forest as we speak.”

His death is painful to me and the entire people of Akoko North West Local Government area of Ondo State.
