Evang. Janet Akinbo Bags Educational Award
Evang. Janet Akinbo will be honoured with a prestigious award of ” Outstanding Role Model in Educational Development”, by The Focus Magazine, for her contributions to the development of education and humanity
She is a Master’s degree holder in Tests and Measurement form Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State .
The Focus Magazine is celebrating her achievements as a reputable role model, educator, mentor and a teacher in one of the foremost public schools in the state, who her passion for excellence, diligence and quality is worthy of recognition and celebration.
Evang. Janet Akinbo, is an Evangelist to the core in all ramifications. She was the former Secretary of Ladies Christan Leaque, Methodist Church of Nigeria, now a Public Relations Officer (PRO), of the Society. Member of Lay- Preachers of Mehodist Church of Nigeria. Member of Relief Stewards of Mehodist Church of Nigeria. Coordinator of Daughters of Wesley and Girls Fellowship Cathedral Methodist Church, Gbogi Street, Akure, and Member of Church Councils Development.
She is an advocate of the masses and people surrounding her wouldn’t forget her easily for what she has been doing for those one’s that comes to her way.
The event will be chaired by the Rt. Hon. Victor Olabimtan, SUBEB and His Excellency, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Executive Governor of Ondo State as a Special Guests of Honour.
The event will hold at Comrade Amusa Bakare Akuresanmi Multipurpose Hall, Opp. Ade-Tade Hospital, Ilesa Road, Akure, on Thursday 7th March, 2024, by 12:00pm.
With the theme: Role of government and Parents in curbing the rate of out of school children in Nigeria.
