The Forum of Ex-Local Government Secretaries in Ondo State has condemned in totality the attacks on Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa
In the statement released by it’s Chairman, Hon. Gbenga Fasua and Secretary, Hon. Amuda Tairu Abiola, express their strong disapproval of the unwarranted and unfounded allegations of anti-party activities directed at Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, by five members of the House of Representatives from Ondo State.
“We, the Forum of Ex-Local Government Secretaries, express our strong disapproval of the unwarranted and unfounded allegations of anti-party activities directed at Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa, by five members of the House of Representatives from Ondo State.
“The actions of these five members have caused significant concern within our forum, and we urged all the federal lawmakers to refrain from further inflaming tensions and destabilizing the political landscape.
“Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa has garnered widespread support through his commitment to delivering services that directly benefits the people of Ondo State and his unwavering dedication to elevating the state to new heights of prosperity.
“Fabricating falsehoods against a leader who has been called to serve his people is not only unjust but also futile, as it cannot alter the divine purpose set for him.
“Just as we stood by Governor Ayedatiwa during his past challenges, we reaffirm our unwavering support and loyalty to his cause.
” We firmly believe in his progressive leadership, evident in the positive impact he has made since assuming office barely a month ago.
“In Ondo State, Governor Ayedatiwa stands as the leading candidate in the APC, commanding overwhelming support from the masses, with an impressive 80 percent backing.
“His dedication to improving the lives of the people of Ondo State is evident in his directive to contractors to resume work on various road projects across the state.
“We stand with Governor Ayedatiwa in his quest to bring positive change to Ondo State and pledge our continued support for his efforts to enhance the well-being of the people”, the statement said.
