Any Pastor That Says God Said He Should Not Work Is A Liar And Thief -Prophet Sam Ojo Omoloju-Jesu
Prophet Samuel Ojo Adebayo, popularly called Baba Authority, of the Freedom Apostolic Revival Ministry (FARIM), and founder of popular Prayer Mountain has said any Pastor who says God instructed him not to work is a thief and liar.
Speaking during this year’s ” 24 Hours Night of Men Wonder,” on 15th of March, 2024, at Orioke Ogo, Opposite Coca-Cola, Asejire, Ibadan, Oyo State said, Pastor must work, and any man of God that says God instructed him not to work is a liar and thief.
He said,” Man of God must work, and any man of God that says God instructed him not to work is a liar and thief. God worked for six days and rested on the seventh day.
Where in the Bible did God enunciate we should not work?
The book of Genesis chapter 1 verse 28 says “that God blessed them and said be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on to the earth”
If God has said you should be fruitful and multiply, why would you say you will not work”, he said.
Prophet Omoloju-Jesu said, he didn’t depend on church money, as whatever he had, he gave out.
“I don’t depend on my church money. I am saying this in public, I don’t collect a dime from my church branches nationwide but instead, I know how much I spend to assist my members.
I can’t count the number of my members who are under our scholarship scheme.
As we are talking, I am still looking for money to fund other things that God has committed into my hands.
“When God has given you a house and car, what should be your next priority is how to make positive impacts in the lives of people.
I just became a landlord maybe two or three years ago.”
He added that any Christian who came to this world and remained poor is going to be queried when he or she gets to heaven.
“Any Christian that comes to this world and remains poor is going to be queried when he or she gets to heaven because God gives each one of us a talent to trade with.
Since He gives us a talent to trade with, we must report back to Him how we trade with our talent”.
Prophet Samson Ojo Adebayo stated further that the Night of Men’s Wonder which was been done once a year has been changed to quarterly.
“The Night of Men Wonder which was being done once a year has been changed to quarterly.
The next one will take place in June 2024.
A committee has been put in place for its success.
We are going to invite some gospel artists and men of God that would feed us with the words of God”, he said.
